BC Bitu-Classic is a prefabricated, multi-layered, torch-applied waterproofing membrane. It is based on APP modified bitumen. Reinforcement Properties & Components: Reinforced with non-woven polyester mat. Top Finish: The top surface is chamfered with one of the following materials: polyethylene film. Fine sand. UV-resistant mineral stone. Aluminum foil. Membrane type: It is a waterproof membrane with elasto-plastomeric properties. Performance This membrane provides: excellent tensile strength. Elongation. Exposed roofs (recommended in 2 layers, with the top layer finished with mineral stone or aluminum foil)
