BC Proof PU is a tar extended polyurethane tar (polyurethane) liquid applied elastomeric membrane that is moisture curing. Characteristics & Usage Function: Designed for waterproofing and protecting a wide range of surfaces. Finish: The product hardens to form a tough rubber like finish. Flexibility: It has exceptional elasticity, allowing it to adapt to expansion and contraction over a wide range of temperatures without being damaged.

Provides complete, seamless, waterproofing mem- brane free from joints replacing asphalt systems and self-adhesive asphalt membranes.
Has excellent bonding to substrate, thus, water cannot travel beneath the membrane even if accidentally punctured. Simple to apply by brush, roller or spraying application straight from the pail.
May be applied to horizontal surfaces without additional thinner.
A non-sag grade is available where coating of extensive vertical areas is required.
Long term of continuous water submersion does not affect BC Proof PU adhesion to the substrate.
Under such conditions, two-part epoxy primer is to be used prior to applying the Membrane.

Single course construction for waterproofing wet areas waterproofing like toilets and kitchen and other similar applications under the tiles in walls and floors.
Subgrade concrete surfaces like retaining walls, water tanks, and swimming pools.
