BC 717 Sandwich panel

It is a two component,141 B based sandwich panel system for targeting the density of 42-46 kg/m³. When BC 717 Polyol reacted with BC 768 Isocyanate with mixing ratio of 100/120, it forms a highly crosslinked rigid foam that is dimensionally stable and has good adhesion with metal sheets. The resulted foam lies in the grade of B2 PUR according to DIN 4102 Standards.

• Cold Room Panels and Refrigerated Truck Bodies requiring high insulation and dimensional stability.

• Insulated Doors, Ceilings, and Partitions in clean rooms, food processing plants, and warehouses.
• Suitable for continuous panel production machines as well as press-molded panel systems.
