BC Seal 107 is a two-component cementitious coating modified with acrylic. Ingredients and Function The product consist of two main parts: Powder: It includes special types of cement and fillers. Liquid: It is a copolymeric acrylic blend with chemical additives. Properties and Advantages When the two components are mixed, BC Seal 107 produces a tough flexible waterproofing membrane that adheres strongly to most concrete or masonry substrates. Protection from any potential water leakage and waterborne chemicals.
